Travelling around NZ we stopped at Oxford court one night only. Very noisy right on the main road into Richmond at a set of traffic lights, gets all the cattle lorries & other large vehicles air brake noise through the night. Vehicle fumes in the room if windows doors open. Rooms looking tatty, lots of marks on the carpets. Fire alarms removed from ceiling. Both never slept well. Was the worse place we stopped in the whole of the South Island & North Island, over 21 days. And the swimming pool, we have a bigger bath!
