Was truly gutted with this place. Booked cat in & asked what was needed, I was not advised I would need proof of last shots, which was over 12 years ago, just the 3 year one, which I had to get from a certain vet, which I did and had the card for him. The lady was unfriendly, argued with me, the place smelled of cat 'spray' and urine, she told me I was feeding my cat wrong (Strange, my vet who should know was fine with him) and was not nice about the whole process. So I did not leave my Fur Baby there, he is 13 and never been away from home before, I was not going to leave him with her! Not a cat person at all considering she runs a Cattery.... maybe a change of job needed???
