Rochester and Rutherford Hall is the Hall nearest to Canterbury University's teaching, library and recreational facilities.
The Hall has accommodation for 176 students in single rooms.
These have central heating and provide excellent storage space. There is a telephone in each room with free local calling. There are bathrooms on each floor and there is a central laundry.
Study facilities in rooms include desk, bookcases, and a computer jack point that can provide a link to the University's computer network along with e-mail and Internet access.
