11th July 2012 Having had a mixed experience over the last 2 years have decided to go elsewhere. Friendz cancelled and rescheduled an appointment, had the rescheduled appointment confirmed the day before only to have it cancelled 2hrs before with an expectation that our holiday arrangements should be changed to suit Friendz. Not enough concern for customers.

24th September 2009 Inconsistant and lacking in the Customer Service area. I have been to Frenz twice. The first time the cut and colour was brilliant. The second time I went, I told the stylist (same one I saw first time) that I really liked the previous cut and just wanted a trim. Came out with something completely different that I really hated. Stylist seemed more interested in talking to her peers, than on concentrating on my hair. Spoke to manager later and got no satisfaction.
Great haircut by Steph and good conversation. Ivan you have a good team and I am happy to return. Thank you.
