Drive through staff could be a little more pleasant sometimes though.
10th March 2014 I buy breakfast for myself and a staff member most mornings from your store.
The last couple of weeks the service has been very slow and a wait of up to 30min for 1coffee
from your McCaffe is a bit ridiculous , How ever this morning the wait was worse as the person
making the Coffee missed my order completely and then when I did receive it instead of 2 tall trim
lattes there was 1 tall and 1 small. I had paid for 2 tall.
Also there are never any serviettes in my order of 2 bacon egg and tomato wraps.
The staff seem to wander around and there is a lot of chatting with one another which does not help
matters. All this waiting makes me late for work. It's understandable if it is busy but most mornings it isn't and some mornings it feels like you are interrupting the staff! I would go through the drive through but you cant get the McCaffe coffee when you do that.

8th September 2010 I live a block away from Macas! itsnthe convience and price that draw me here, and the greasy food after a night drinking. But I would have to say I've had some really useless staff at the drive through window before.
