30th November 2010 The best mcdonalds in Christchurch in my opinion. Always clean and staff are friendly. They have just renovated also and have a lovely indoor/outdoor area with wall sized windows that open right up which still gives that outdoor feel minus the wind :)
14th March 2011 Our order was
Big Mac Combo - large
Chicken Chomp - large
both drinks Frozen cokes
1 x mighty angus burger
I had to go back in to get a sundae, not realizing that there were supposed to be TWO sundaes, there were also only one box of chips which we don't notice until we got home.
While I realise it is a stressful time for most of us here in Christchurch, when I went back to get the sundae the man was really grumpy about it, and slammed it down on the service area? walked off, then came back and put it on the counter. I don't want to return to ask about the other missed items, but I will never return

25th August 2010 Me and my friends come here every Sunday night for a meal, although it's just McDonald's all of the staff their are very friendly and helpful. If there's something wrong with our food they will happily replace it right there and then. They also seem to cope well with large orders, and considering it's a MCafe, they also have coffees and bites to eat from that section.
