10th March 2013 The spring in my mothers $900 awning broke after only 2 years. He came and looked at it, and after ringing him for a whole year to see what he was going to do about it - he refused to come and repair it. Said he thought we would not pay for the job! Got another firm to look at it and were told the spring had been put in upside down on the wrong side. It was Lohrey Blinds fault the spring had failed and they should have replaced/repaired at their own cost.
