Very prompt service on a Friday evening to get a damaged lock replaced on a door which was not able to be locked and while the service was excellent, we felt it was at the expensive end of the scale. My only real gripes are that they did not have a portable eftpos machine in their vehicle and that the cost breakdown was not clear or a proper receipt issued. Eventually, via email the cost breakdown was clarified somewhat. However, we certainly appreciated that they were so easy to contact and the locksmith arrived within about 20 minutes.
