Extreme lack of communiation and follow up after booking, i had to contact a family friend to organize travel details and wedding plans after booking through Northlands HOT - Wedding Planner - All contact made by myself in regards to getting tickets sent out - Even had the need to mention its in the small print when ticekts would be sent and i should have read it better - i was merely asking as i am sure others do as well, forgot we live in another city and would need these ahead of the usual time frame. Sent a link when checking passport conpatability with country, no travel insurance offered and we paid far mroe than we needed to for trip - if only i had known sooner i would have booked somewhere else. Am i the customer paying a good comission? Yes yes I am - NEVER AGAIN and my family will not be using this branch anymore either. Fmaily also received much superior service from the MOTUEKA HOT - now that says alot!
