No care and NO responsibility! Beware of using this drycleaners, they ruined my velvet dress. Melted the beads and pressed out most of the detailed segments. I was totally gutted and gobsmacked when they called me and said it that it wasn't even their fault. They did not compensate in any way and even had the audacity to say "it's o.k. you don't to pay this time".
