15th April 2012 Very bad haircuts here, hairdressers love to use the thinning scissors here also very expensive at $44 for a dry hair cut with no wash dry or straightening. Owner was very rude and refused to give a refund for a poor hair cut which we were told by a stylist at the Palms was uneven, overly textured and could not be fixed the stylist did not even attempt to fix it which shows how poor a job had been done. I would recommend not ever visiting this studio.
