15th September 2009 I ended up with a real bad deal from this company.
I was invoiced nearly $4000 for a alarm instal in a 4 bed home, my carpet was burnt and the instal was very poor to say the least. After a fight, Greg agreed to repair my bedroom wall and replace the carpet and also replace 50% of the conduit.
some time after this, I needed a service call and was to that they were "no longer doing call outs"
I was fairly annoyed by the fact that I had purchased a very expensive alarm, and had no back up service whatsoever. John kitley 021 357997
