Poor customer service, incompetent and a total waste time. Brought my car for a Wof 2 weeks ago. Failed. Noted that the back seat needs a bracket. We asked them if they can do it. They said yes. Called last week to book the car (for them to put the car seat bracket). Was told that they are a man down so book the car today. Car was at the workshop at exactly 4pm. They asked my husband to come back at 5:15pm. After 1.5hr what did they do the car? NOTHING!!! No bracket/clip installed. Just order the brackets because they are afraid that i might not show up and need another week for the bracket to come. IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME YO WASTE I WILL THIS AUTOSHOP.
