Challenge Blighs Road Service Station My fiance went there to get a wof. Well they said it needed a new tyre which they fitted for $109. I called the Firestone in Hornsby and got a quote for $89. Well that is not what annoyed me. The car really needed two tyres and the tyres were mi-matched. They should have advised her of that and have two matched tyres in the front. They failed the r/h suspension saying the top mount was loose. I took the car back to my workshop and guess what... the wheel bolts on that wheel was loose. I went there on the Saturday morning just to be abused by that owner Dave I think. He just raised his voice and never let me explain the situation to him. I took the car to another wof and it went through with no problems. Is this man in thr rip-off business??? This man should not be in business. Be very careful of this garage and I advise to go elsewhere.

Car went in for repair. On return car had a problem that had not been there previously. Car was returned four times and still no diagnoses was made. When discussed with the owner/operator, he became aggressive and would accept no responsibility.
