We have bought a number of pairs of shoes at this place and on every occasion found the staff excellent and the shoes top quality. Staff are honest about the best value and interact really well with young children. We don't go anywhere else for school shoes now.

Good service and reasonable prices for shoe repairs. However his referral to Pastel Shoe Dyers was not good- I did not find that company professional or ethical in practice. I had a pair of shoes dyed there and the man did a terrible job but since he is the only one in NZ that dyes shoes anymore, he can do what he likes and treat you as he wishes. I ended-up wasting $45 and giving the shoes that he dyed to the Salvation Army.
