Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this property management company. Not only was a simple enquiry about our tenancy met with them thinking we had given our notice, but they then phoned the next day with a deadline to vacate. A quick call to Dept of Building & Housing found us in the right - but by then the relationship had broken down. Upon leaving the property - which was in a frankly shocking state when we entered they then charged us additionals for cleaning. A complete lack of understanding was always shown, a lack of concern for my family (which inc a 7 month old) and a distinct lack of professional conduct - avoid avoid avoid.
