Customers beware...After 4 hours I was quoted an expensive price for an srs replacement which differed from a previous quote I had from them by $200. When I questioned this the guy got defensive and rude saying it costs $60 to use the machine. I cancelled the job not knowing that he had kept my car's srs computer and footrest. The following day I had a quote which was $200 cheaper but they needed the srs computer for the serial no. I phoned and was told if you want it come and get it. So I did... only to be rudely yelled at...and told that I would be charged $50 for the 'machine'...he then relented and charged me $20 for his so called time..basically I was being charged to get my own car part back. 0/5 for me...I'll never go back.
