Not happy with your latest policy of not being able to fill your tank. I tried to fill up this morning as I do every 2 weeks at Mobil and was told I would have to prepay (inconvenient but understandable). However I was not allowed to fill my tank as there was a $100 limit on prepay. I know my tank when empty takes $120 but was not allowed to prepay $120. So I went to Shell who were happy for me to fill up then go into the shop and pay. Until Mobil allows this I won't be going back to Mobil.
