I have owned and run businesses for over 20 years and was flabbergasted by the "couldn't give a toss attitude" of the owner Mike Butt. We had some repair work completed on a truck and duly paid the excess to get the truck returned with the knowledge that an engine mount still needed to be replaced. After countless phone calls and personal visits we discovered Mike Butt Collision just wasn't in the slightest bit interested in completing the job (as we had already paid). Claiming they couldn't source the part. We got the insurance company involved who advised that is was a small issue as the part could be locally manufactured. After 10 months of waiting Mike Butt never finished the job and we had to go elsewhere to have it solved in a matter of days. On making inquiries with other locals they said Oh we never go there for the reasons I discovered. Save yourself some misery and choose another panel-beater.
