25th October 2013 We booked accomodation thru Jasons over the net, paying by credit card, got confirmation and left to travel to Auckland. On arrival at the motel, they told us that owing to a software error, they were actually fully booked - good bye!! (nothing like trying to find us an alternative, at 7 p.m on a wet winters night)
They had sent an email explaining the error, but we were already traveling, so missed it. It didn't occur to them to ring our mobile.
Neither did they even attempt to stop the payment from Jasons (I am told they can do this up to 2 days after the accomodation date). Jasons assured me the motel got paid!
They do not respond to my emails either
