I've been so pleased with Jae Services. Knowledgable, good-humoured and efficient staff were not just a personality trait of one or two individuals, but it seemed to be an inherent culture within their organisation, because that was the customer service style of all 5 staff members I've dealt with so far (thanks Dennis, Cuba, Andrew, Fritz & Barbara.) (This was the Jae Services Central/East South branch). I was so impressed to see a service organisation being so organised and efficient, as well as being personable and friendly in their approach. (Jae dried carpet for us, after an insurance claim for a flood in our home.) 21 Jan 2011.
