I can only think that the previous reviewer is working PR for the company. I have only had poor experience dealing with them. Subscriptions that fail to materialize, failure to respond in a satisfactory manner to enquiries, failure to take responsibility for problems - instead it's always somebody else that should handle queries and by some strange circumstance the references are usually to people within the same organization despite different corporate naming. I can only say that management of this company should get into the 21st century.
