We are the closest budget accommodation to both the Central Business District and the beautiful village of Parnell, Opposite to Vector Arena within 2 minutes walk and only 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station.

A very centrally located Auckland hotel. Should you choose to go shopping, go out for a meal, or take part in Auckland's thriving cafe culture, it's all on your doorstep, and only a short walk away.

Great location in Auckland near Vector Arena. Nicely made double bed in the room I stayed in. Room had on-suite with toilet and shower. Friendly staff. The hotel room was an economy room. The hotel was falling apart in some of the rooms. The porcelain of the vanity had worn off. The Hotel just needs a bit more T.L.C and maintenance. Better accommodation than a backpackers but would probably only get about a two star rating from a hotel inspector.

very poor excuse for a hotel. Shabby room, wallpapered at least 25 years ago, weird smell from bathroom, large hole under shower door and tiles falling off ceiling in bathroom. i had to go searching for towels when the man at reception told me to find the housekeeper myself if i wanted towels. no soap provided. an ensuite room in a hostel would have been cheaper and far cleaner. definatly the worst hotel in a developed nation that i have ever stayed in.
