Demac is a sheet metal fabrication company situated in an industrial area of Papatoetoe in South Auckland, a five minute drive from the North Western and Southern Motorways and just 20 minutes drive from the Auckland CBD.

The Demac crew consists of 14 staff in total, which includes 10 workshop staff and 4 administration/ managerial staff . Between them the Demac team has over 100 years experience in the sheet metal industry within their skillful team Demac has: four Qualified Sheet metal tradesmen, one ticketed welder and four welders that are highly skilled in all facets of welding.

Demac's success has come from developing personal relationships with their customers and prides itself on ensuring that all of their customers are fully satisfied with their service. Demac's motto is 'For all types of sheet metal fabrication' and they stand by that motto. Demac will accomplish almost any sheet metal fabrication task assigned to them.

Our workshop has been in operation for over 30 years and was originally established to manufacture air filters but has since then expanded into all aspects of sheet metal fabrication.

On a daily basis Demac works with a large variety of materials including mild steel, galvanized sheet, stainless steel, aluminum, colour steel, and elecro galv (zintex).

Demac have the recourses to and skills to provide you with a full service from developing a custom design to meet your specifications, manufacturing and installation.
