24th April 2010 The best passport photograph that I have ever had taken! As a photographer myself I am VERY pleased with the passport photograph taken at City Photo.
9th March 2017 Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am using the same review that I have posted to the google information, this company is really terrible Miss-communication from the owner and as a result I have photos I can't use. Of course payment is made straight away and no refund. Once I mentioned a refund the owner/photographer turned an aggressive tone, instantly his wife came out and began to berate me and my partner ( not to mention the under handed comments in a foreign language). Customer service is not a thing at this store, you're better off going to a pharmacy and getting it done right!
Not to mention the store is a complete mess and dirty. I'm sure jkingsbeer must be the wife or a family friend, as no way can anyone get 5 stars outta this shop!
