13th April 2012 My experience with Compass has not been good at all. I have been a Telecom Customer for a number of years and now wish I had stayed with them....I signed up with compass about a year ago, I can not believe the amount of time I have spent on the phone just waiting for someone to answer..Problems do not get fixed straight away, or in 24hrs like they say. 1 time I had no phone or internet for 3days..That is just not on.. when I tried to switch back to Telecom I got stung with a $400 bill....I am not sure how I am going to get out of this company but can't wait to finally be free of them....This business does not even deserve 1 star...

16th December 2011 We switched from Telecom to Compass to get naked DSL. We were left without internet for a week and I wasted hours on the phone trying to find the solution and it turned out to be entirely on their end.
Once connected, the internet service seemed fine.
I then continued to receive bills from Telecom due to Compass not completing the transfer correctly and spent countless hours being ping-ponged back and forward between them. I was stuck in a bureaucratic morass between Telecom, Chorus (whom I wasn't allowed to speak to directly to resolve the issue) and Compass. Compass eventually started just ducking my calls. Very frustrating and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid them like the plague.

6th December 2011 I switched my Business to an IP solution with Compass Communications. Not only have I seen significant savings on my call costs but the fuctionality and features on the Snom hardware is amazing. It has really added value.

6th December 2011 Have had my business with Compass for 4 years now. Sure, they have a few issues but overall has been very good and their service is fantastic. I have saved 40% off what my business were paying Telecom.

5th October 2011 DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY!! WORST COMPANY EVER!! We have had endless problems and service and technical support is terrible. It took them over 6 weeks to connect the internet, and many calls waiting on the phone for up to an hour for nothing to happen. Unfortunately we are stuck in a two year contract, but the day that is over we are changing companies.

10th January 2011 I have frequently had technical problems now I have not received the 10% extra time I was promised if I topped up $30 on my credit card.
Worse, the website, which is a nightmare to navigate, will not send the complicated form I have filled out twice. Each time I get 500 - Internal Server Error.
There is actually nowhere on the website to make a simple complaint, and trying to get through to customer services on the phone is also a major hassle.
