I've made an online booking, and the quote was 24$ for 20 min drive (Kohimarama-Sandringham) but at the end, after an EXACT 20 min drive, no traffic at all, no peak, the driver ask me to pay 31,80$ wich is far far away from the initial price, the driver didn't even had a map or gps, i had to show him the way (i can easily imagine the price i would have to pay if i hadn't know the right way) and when i've call the company saying that i wasn't happy of the price, that for me 24$ is a lie, they couldn't care less, all i had was a rude women talking to me like i was idiot! it's like talking to a robot, no brain, no understanding, useless...
