16th December 2011 Discovered this place earlier this year, dont review a place unless been 2-3 times, which we have with Manuka. Any time on the Northshore to eat this is always top of the list, consitently good food at reasonable prices. Recommend the pork dish. Only downside is coffee can be a let down sometimes.

24th September 2011 A friend and I had lunch at Manuka Restaurant. The restaurant was full and the staff were kept busy which would account for why service was a bit slow.We waited 2o minutes for our Garlic Prawns to arrive. There were 5 prawns swimming in a very tasty garlic butter sauce, accompanied with a few slices of ciabatta, and a butter sachet We felt that the dish could have done with a couple more prawns as we were still hungry.
Ambiance was warm and staff were pleasant.

25th November 2010 Always enjoy Manuka. They do a great caesar salad.
Also excellent attentive service. A visitor from UK tripped up the gutter near the restaurant last year and broke a bone in her ankle..they took her in and cared for her well. We like their atmosphere and food

31st August 2010 Think this restaurant is over-rated. Was trendy/quirky in an earthy sort of way about 15 years ago and hasn't been updated since. Decor is tired, food is average for the price. Unfortunately Devonport lacks a great alternative so an option if you don't have high expectations.

13th July 2010 Been here a few times for brunch with friends. Really good coffee and great brunch menu. Love the wooden tables and rustic decor. A jewel in Devonport.
Excellent food, good serice and cosy venue.
