Since 2004 VT Fitzroy have been based at the Devonport dockyard in Auckland, producing outstanding results for a range of commercial and defence clients.
In 2010 Babcock International Group acquired the VT Group shareholding in the company and the company was renamed Babcock Fitzroy Ltd.
On 5 December 2011 Babcock International Group bought the Fitzroy Yacht shareholding in the company and we have now become Babcock (NZ) Ltd.
