Have always found them really good (true ...have sometimes encountered a surly reception person...) but overall the staff seem excellent, especially the female mechanic...I presume she's a mechanic because she's so knowledgeable ... and they have certainly been great with communication, options and service. Recommended.

I've just come from having my car warrented by AA kingsland and to be honest I'm not impressed. I didn't find the receptionist very friendly at all but not a big deal. What I cannot understand is why on my why i was told a service is due and I need a cambelt? How would the AA machanice know that I need a service without asking me when the last service was done? Why was I told I need a cambelt when my car (Landrover TD5) does not have a cambelt? I would expect the AA of all companies to know there cars and actually check the model if they are not sure. I don't think I will take my car to an AA place again. Which is a shame becauase I always relied on the AA for being honest and knowledgable. Not happy
