27th July 2012 I called them and established that my friend and I would be arriving late at night, and that we'd pay in the morning. This information was evidently not communicated to the person working at night (we were told the office would be closed), and we were not received well. We cooked our dinner and upon walking back to our campervan, we were accosted by a man, who asked "what the **** are you doing?!" I explained that we had called; he said that was impossible, called me a liar, then rudely ordered us to leave, saying they were totally booked. We said we had nowhere else to stay and asked if there was anything we could work out, parking along the road, etc. He became even more irate, cursed at us, threatened us physically, then threatened to call the police, accusing us of stealing; he appeared to be heavily intoxicated. We decided just to leave at this point with nowhere to sleep. I don't understand why anyone would treat a stranger that way, especially a customer.
