I have used PJ Automotive for the last eight years and have found the service exceptional. Not being mechanically gifted I am very aware of the Sharks in the industry. Over the years I have found Philip to be a very honest person and have no doubts about the helpful tips that he often gives me. . If ever my car needs more work than I ask for, I always receive a courtesy phone call and a full consultation as to what needs doing and what could happen if I don't get it done. I have 3 cars that I have serviced at PJ Automtive and feel that they know my cars in a similar way to the old family doctor knowing his patients. No hesitation in recommended them.

I came to this mechanic to service my car and fix a minor leak. What should have been a straight-forward job, ended up in me paying over $1000 to find that the leak wasn't fixed... In fact, the leak was worse than when I had left my car with them. I took it back, as this is not "service" and to pay that amount and not have the leak fixed is shocking. After taking it back to get them to look at the leak again, instead of fixing what I asked, they proceeded to work on other areas of the car without letting me know. I came back to pick up my car and they charged me another $200 fee... When it was their responsibility to make sure it was done right in the first place. I am now left with a car that is still leaking after all this, as a result causing other problems, such as oil contamination in the electrical sensors of the car, causing the engine light to appear on the dashboard ... To top it off, my emblem on the front has been ripped off...."accidentally" according to them, but it looks more like it has been pulled off. My car is in a worse state since I took it here and will cost me more to fix the mistakes that were made here. Utterly appalled at the level of service and "knowledge" of the mechanics here. Save yourself the time, money and hassle, do not come here.
