had an appalling experience with this man! he constantly needed to be chased up and his customer service was terrible. how stupid of me to continue on with this company as when it came to my daughters birthday HE WAS A NO SHOW! The children were all so upset the bouncy castle and candy floss never came. i never heard from him on the day, and am STILL waiting for my apology. I am truly upset by this company and would never suggest you work with them. extremely unproffessional.
