I've used Allen Realty Property Management now for over 4 years, I've found them to be very efficient and professional in my dealings with them. The best part is I have chosen to take a hands off approach with my investment property and I know that Allens will take care of any issues they may arise - whether its missed rent or replacing tennants. I get them to inspect my property every 3 months and receive a written report outlining any areas of concern from a maintenance aspect, it's simply a reply email to Allens and I know it'll all be sorted. What better service could you ask for!
I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for caring/professional and knowledgable property managers.

I had asked to view a house and the staff was just so damn rude.Hung up the phone while i was speakibg to her.Did not show any initiative at all and never even replied to my messages.Made complaint with management. They apologized but still no one showed me the property i was enquiring about still.

I engaged Allen Realty Property Managers after purchasing my first rental property in early 2009. Unfortunately with the purchase of the home I inherited some less than desirable tenants. Within 2 weeks the problems were sorted however and rental payments are now regular. Happy customer here! Emily
