19th July 2012 Very BAD service. I dropped my car for service after being given a quote of $300 estimated price. However, they called me about an hour later and said that they found other things that was wrong about the car and told me that it will cost over $500 to fix the car including service. I told them right away that this is more then my budget. So I asked to take the car back home and do not want to fix it anymore.
But they told me I can no longer drive my car because the part where it got broken was an old plastic pipe (wear and tear), it need to be replaced with a new one. So I agreed that they can fix my car but they will have to leave the service later as the cost for fixing the problem is way over my budget.
Then they did not ring me back until I called them later in the day asking how the fixing is going. They told me that they haven't started fixing it yet as the parts hasn't arrived yet. So I asked if I could have my car ready for use at 12 pm tomorrow to pick up my kids from day care. They agreed that I will definitely have a vehicle to use. But the next day when I got there, they didn't have my car ready for me and they did not have a vehicle for me to use either.
They even told me that I did not have a vehicle to use is MY problem.
NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
