30th January 2014 We had an amazing time at Heron Heights for four nights over New Year, 2014. We thoroughly recommend both the setting of Tairua - and the hosts- Brian and Linda. They are the friendliest, kindest and most interesting people you could ever meet. Heron Heights is on our bucket list for a return visit. A beautiful garden setting, stunning breakfasts, with warm and community minded hosts - what else could you ask for? A sign outside the accommodation says " Arrive as strangers, leave as friends". So true!!!
