Property Advocates was first established in March 1993. Over the years the size and scope of the real estate company has changed, but consistent is Property Advocates extensive knowledge of the Bay of Plenty and in particular the Tauranga and Mount Maunganui real estate markets.

Today, Property Advocates has over 50 dedicated property consultants, four offices and a support team of twelve. Our Tauranga Central real estate office is located on the corner of 12th Avenue & Cameron Road, our Brookfield real estate office is located at the Brookfield Shopping Centre, our Welcome Bay real estate office is 43 Welcome Bay Road and our Mount Maunganui real estate office is 172 Maunganui Road.

Property Advocates is owned by Rob Hooper, Garry Mason and David McLaren.
