8th September 2012 We booked a Dragon wagon a year before we due to fly to NZ. We paid for it will ahead of time. Gave them a courtesy call a week before we were due to fly to Auckland all was good. On arrival in Auckland NZ. We rang them up to see what was going on. They had made a mistake and had taken our van to Christchurch which is the other side of NZ. They wanted us to fly down to Christchurch and pick it up which would have cost a lot of money. They would not pay for flights accom anything. Refused to give us a refund in any way. This was over the xmas period so everything was double the price , We had to book another motorhome which cost a lot of money seeing that is was that day we had to book it and pick it up, Our travel insurance would not cover us for this aswell. As theyre not a registered business and they dont have a qualmark travelling rating. Theyre a backyard garage setup. Would not recommend them to anyone.. :(
