10th April 2009 3 years ago I lost my son of 17mths, It must have been 3months later when I came across Kiaz in Queensgate, Lower Hutt and saw the crystal display at the counter. I was wearing a badge of my son and asked if they could use the photo for the heart shaped crystal (keyring) I fancied. The lady who served me was very helpful and I asked her if the badge would in any way be damaged. She couldn't guarantee it but would do the best she could. Upon my return the next day she presented me with the crystal...tears swelled my eyes as it was the most beautiful crystal I have ever held. My badge returned as if untouched. I was most grateful, I immediately purchased a silver chain and wear it all the time. My crystal gets a lot of comments and people ask where did I get it from. NZ, I say as I am now in AUS. Thanks Kiaz, I see my son anytime I want.
