I am an online fitness trainer,experienced in training figure competitors,ante/post natal ladies and people who wish to lose weight and change their lifestyle. I am also looking at adding a work fit component to my site for those of you who want to get into the Police,Army or Fire Service.
I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1992,originally certified through Les Mills New Zealand and am currently studying towards an international personal training qualification ACSM(acsm.org).
I have references available on my website and screen all my clients for injury and medical history.
