Cain's Cottage is fully furnished, offers four bedrooms (2 on each level) and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, and 2 extra people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the rumpus room. The lounge opens onto a sundeck with picnic tables and motorised awning. A shower and toilet are located on each level; the up-stairs ablutions are combined with the laundry. Note there is no internal access between the two floors. Special features include a wide screen television with cable TV on the upper level, and a pool table and TV and video on the lower level. A gas BBQ is available. There is a single carport and plenty of off street parking. A dinghy is available and the day's catch can be cleaned at the fish bench located at the rear of the property.
