14th June 2011 My review is BAD! Called constantly for over one week, no replies. What tradesperson doesn't have a mobile message centre?! One has to keep continuously calling to even get a reply. Says they'll get back to you and doesn't. APPALLING service! Could certainly lift their game in the service department.
