19th May 2011 Well where to start - firstly we would like to say a highly recommended service provider - we used Tony Behent in Wellington - phoned him on the Tuesday 10 May to advise him of our cockcroach problem. Tony knew everything about them also gave us a quote over the phone in which we were really happy about - Next day as promised he came over and eradicated the cockroaches and then did a recall a week later which was included in the price. Also refunded back some money as he had advised that it was just around the "hot spots" opposed to the whole house that needed to be done. 1st May 2010 I was disappointed with the service and lack of knowledge from this company about our ant problem. They made me feel like I was being unreasonable and refused to refund our money which is what they had promised if the problem wasn't fixed. So we paid another $200-$300 for another company to come, who were very professional and diagnosed that we had 2 types of ants, the common ant and the white footed ant. The other company treated all parts of the house which is what is required, not just the area where the ants were troubling us and did a great job. I wouldn't use Target Pest again and didn't feel their products were as effective as the other company.
