I've had a fantastic experience with Tracey at Elite Bridal and would have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone. She really understood what I was after and filled me with complete confidence of knowing how to acheive a style that suited me perfectly. Her service was extreamly prompt and flexible which was really helpful as I am not from Dunedin and she worked in such a way to reduce my required trips there to get the dress sorted. Again, I would recommend her to everyone!

I would recommend Tracey at Elite bridal to anybody, I cant thank her enough. Although we had problems with the manufacturer Tracey bent over backwards to help me out. Anyone can provide good service when things go right. But it is more important how they handle things if, by no fault of their own they go wrong. Tracey sorted everything out for me and I am eternally grateful. Also the gowns are beautiful :-)
