N to Z is my favorite souvenir shop in Auckland. I have been to this shop in 2008 and in 2011. Both times I was very appreciative of the selection of goods and the originality of the products. My Son is still wearing his Koru necklace from 2008 visit. 2008 folks! That is a long time on the same knotted necklace. N to Z will always be my favorite shop! Can't wait for my next trip to NZ.

Heading to From N to Z is an experience and for me it's always been fun and heart warming!! I love Kiwiana and this store is a lil slice of Kiwi heaven. Always guaranteed great service and to leave feeling good about the world. I used to sneak in for a browse in between work meetings...therapy!! Staff are super friendly and went out of their way one day when I had a last minute gift emergency. Out of stock product located from supplier, couriered and received same day = awesome.

I shopped in N to Z when I was in NZ. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They even ordered in a print for me and said it wasn't a problem if I changed my mind about buying it (I didn't, it's currently hanging in my house). They even wrapped it up for me to put in my suitcase. The customer service was great. Can't wait till I'm back home to shop there again.

I first called into this shop in 2011 and it was run by a Kiwi; nice chap. The quality of the goods for sale was excellent. I returned in 2013 and found that it has obviously changed hands and the new owners; like the rest of the souvenir shops in Auckland; are owned and run by businesses in the far east selling the same old mass produced rubbish. Shame, because this used to be the one souvenir shop that stood out from the crowd in Auckland.

The shop has not changed hands. We remain From N to Z and are 23 years young. Products in the store are 96% made in New Zealand. More often than not our visitors / customers / browsers commend us for our authentic and unique appearance telling us we stand out like the proverbial “beacon” for authenticity. I believe you have possibly mistaken our NZ shop for another.

Beware of receiving damaged goods when buying online! Bought Tiki Art Panel online to be shipped to Spain. Arrived with dent to one corner but packaging not damaged so suspect it was shop damaged goods (looked like it fell off wall and price sticker visible). Contacted them with photo of damage. Owner gave insincere-sounding standard apology and maintained damage had been done in transit. I have been had - good way to get rid of store-damaged goods is to send them off by mail order!

Unfortunately we have done wrong to Annette. We made the mistake of sending a damaged piece of art and I am horrified that this happened. After 23 years of having the shop we have had very few complaints and an awful lot of praise. We have rectified our mistake with Annette. And I have never made an in-sincere apology. When I get things wrong I try to admit, rectify and apologise.
