Bought a bath from Millen's two weeks ago. After calling out a plumber to fit the bath I discovered the wrong parts had been supplied. Rang Millen they initialling suggested I drive to Onehunga to pick up the correct part and finally offered to courier it. I assumed an urgent 1hr courier....but they "do not do that".....24hrs later I am still waiting and have had to pay a plumber call out for nothing. Won't be recommending this company to anyone !!! Even a helpful apologetic manner would have gone a long way !!
