Minor to full anaesthetics ; modern safe reversable drugs fully monitored : pulse Ox , ECG , Ap alert, Doppler Blood pressure measurement.

Fluid therapy: prevention of complications during anaesthetics and surgery and treatment of fluid losses. Accurate with drip pumps.

Xrays taken and developed within minutes for diagnosis.
