Taranaki Educare Training Trust

Our graduates go on to become nannies, home educators, education support/teacher aide workers, kindergarten teachers, primary school and disability and community support areas, or go onto further training at a higher level.

Our Qualifications

- Certificate in Education Support Level 3
- National Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care Level 3
- NCEA Level 1 (can be achieved when units are completed (where applicable)

Trainees also complete units towards the National Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care Level 5 and NCEA Levels 2 & 3 while on his programme.

Units are available in Early Childhood Education, Humanities, Human Services, Self Management, and Work and Study Skills.

The programme is accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.
