27th August 2010 I wanted to take the time to inform you of the superb customer service I received from Gary on 12 May. I was running late to get home in time to let Gary in to set up our MySky. He was understanding, friendly and extremely obliging. Once inside, Gary worked quickly and went out of his way to show me the functionality of the new system, where most workers would simply hand over the brochure (which he did as well) and tell you to ring should you have any issues.
Too often we neglect to acknowledge a level of service which once upon a time was to be expected from customers, but these days, is rarely seen. I ask that you pass on my thanks and hope he is recognised for what has been a fantastic customer experience with Quantum.
