10th February 2008 Unfortunately the staff at the Invercargill branch obviously do not communicate very effectively with each other. Every time I have dealt with a different staff member I have been given a different answer to the same question. The answers are also vague and ambiguous. The mobile technician did not manage to solve the problems she was sent out for and did not listen to suggestions. I was provided with answers from a person who was as dissatisfied with the service as I was. When I purchased the plan I was told nothing of the reception problems in our area, nor was I informed that the solution was as simple as re-orientating the receiver box. There are two factors that make this office a little more attractive to potential clients, one is the friendly staff the other is it is the only internet provider covering Invercargill that has a physical presence in the city
